Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Senior Analyst to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will be a high energy and self-starting individual with a passion for critical thinking and financial/risk analysis, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth credit analysis and due diligence on prospective investments, including financial modeling, valuation, and industry research.
Prepare investment committee materials and present key findings and recommendations.
Support deal execution, including legal documentation, structuring, and closing processes.
Monitor portfolio investments, including reviewing financial performance, covenant compliance, and ongoing risk assessments.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including originators, legal counsel, and management teams; and,
Assist with fundraising efforts, investor reporting, and internal performance tracking.

Qualification & Skills

Success in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a quantitative focus.
Professional designations such as CFA or CPA are considered an asset.
2-3 years of relevant work experience including Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Private, Equity, Private Credit, or other capital markets roles.
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills; and,
A passion for working in a high-performance and collaborative small team environment.
